This practicum focuses on classical guitar performance techniques. A variety of works from the standard solo classical guitar literature will be examined and students will work individually and, if applicable, in small ensembles to prepare works for performance. Students will also explore pedagogical concepts including scale, right hand pattern, and dexterity-building exercises.
